Trying to re-create account after the incoming channel was deleted by mistake. Going through the configuration and in the Mozilla database, the right info seems to exist. When I click on "Done" I get a pop-up message that reads "Incoming server already exists." I've already tried to just delete the "Incoming" data before clicking done but the same error message appears.

How do I configure Thunderbird so I save my existing account?

I'd try going to advanced config and making sure the name of this account is unique. I believe this error message is rather misleading. It is perfectly reasonable and possible to have multiple accounts on the same server (I have three with Gmail) but they must have distinct names, and by default they can use the server name for the account name.
