I used to have no adverts on my Email inbox list but now they have appeared and I want to get rid of them. BT say it is a Firefox issue not theirs.

Hi

I have them as an ISP as well, so I think I know what you mean. The person at BT may not appreciate this issue or it is not covered in their script.

Do you mean the advertising that looks like an email header at the top of each folder? This is something that has been configured by the email service provider that BT is using to increase revenues from subscribers with revenue from advertising.

Whilst there are add-ons that may block adverts, this advertising may be immune to those tools, appearing as they do in the mailbox (but not quite as spam).
