I installed the new firefox. I was so sick of the old one crashing, I had installed Chrome. Then I seen the update for a new Firefox, thought I would try it. Crap, its worst than the old one. Keep hanging, won't load pages. Won't load FB. I've been online for just over an hr and had to restart my PC 3 times already. Waste of time. How can I get the old one back?

I used System Restore on my computer to get rid of the update. That will put your Firefox back to what you had.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.
