The home button works, but the other buttons in the toolbar do not respond to mouse clicks. I can't close tabs, because the X isn't working. I can right click and use the back/forward arrows that way. The settings link isn't working and I can't type into the URL address bar directly either. None of it is grayed out, so I'm not sure what is happening.

Restarting the browser corrected the issue, but the problem may come back
