The 'Refresh' button used to be at the right end of the address bar, but is now on the left side of the addres bar, next to the 'Home' icon. The 'Stop' button appears while the page is reloading.

Hi, the Refresh and stop button is combined, and has been moved to the toolbar. In Customize mode you can drag it to a different location. If you can't see it, click on Restore Defaults while in Customize mode Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars.

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you!

Stop and refresh are "combined" into what exactly? I already tried looking in customize and there is no stop or refresh or combination stop/refresh icon. default totally messes everything up but there is still no stop or refresh in customize mode that i can drag anywhere or that is on the toolbar.
