Since Firefox updated to the latest Quantum version, my Windows 7 wouldn't restart as far as Kaspersky Total Security is installed, in contrast to what was being happened just before this latest version of Firefox.

So what O/S version x86 or x64 and what FF version x86 or x64 are we talking about? And how did it update? Sounds like Kaspersky is overly intrusive and blocking the FF from running. Did you disable Kasp and see what happens?

O/S: Windows 7 Ultimate (x86) FF: Quantum 57.0.2 (32-bit) automatically updated On previous versions of FF and KTS there is not such a problem. Since the latest FF update I only encounter with the "Missing or inaccessible profile" issue. After updating to the latest KTS, as it is recommended in the relative question, the Windows fail to restart.

Your going to have to disable Kasp to see what else is going otherwise this will be going in circles. Sounds like Kasp is causing problem from it's update.

How to disable Kasperky since the Windows refuses to start?

In any case, I'd prefer to keep Kaspersky and to go back to a previous version of Firefox, disabling the possibility of automatic updates, if it is possible. Otherwise I have to sacrifice and ditch Firefox, to my great regret!...
