problem with slow email downloads is caused by two problems:

  • 1 ŋuɖoɖo
  • 2 masɔmasɔ sia le wosi
  • Nuɖoɖo mlɔetɔ Wayne Mery

more options

Cause 1: filter of input labeled for "local files junk" but in fact it is first checking "server files inbox" which checks each file, one at a time, from the server, labels each one as junk or not, then downloading all files to local files inbox, scanning them again, and then moving them from local files inbox to local files junk, if marked. Cause two: 5GHz channel on my router has problem which slowed down to less than 5Ghz, which slowed the double download to take a looooot of time.

Cause two fixed, cause 1 remains.

I have to say, your description of problem 1 isn't quite clear. Are you saying if this filter is disabled that the slowness goes away?
