Thanks. How often does this tab update  ? As thinking that is the issue is that tab keeps updating while Sync is trying to work.

Thanks, I asked does the tab that is stuck as used singular in your question how often does the tab load/refresh ? can you time it ? Like cnn.com refreshes every 4-5mins this can stall the syncing.

You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see if there are recent error logs available. You can upload a recent log if the log is too big to put in a reply.

Pinned tabs are considered differently then regular tabs in a lot of cases and aren't included in Sync, so you will have to refrain from pinning tabs that you want to sync.
