Suggest you go to the Adobe forum and seek help directly from them

See if it is a problem from their download servers and go through here to same place :

See if can repair the install or install over top :

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html Use this to try.

Site will not let me right click, shows folders that it is in : https://www.techsupportall.com/uninstall-flash-player-uninstaller-tool-removal-tool-uninstaller-direct-download/

Failing all that you should be running version 52,9.1esr think 1 more update then that is End of Life Support for Firefox for XP https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all

You might want to boot to safemode with network support and right click and run the uninstaller as Admin.

Is something in your Firefox or other browsers blocking Adobe's website? Or is the problem with their lightweight installers that need to retrieve more files after the initial download? Is your Firefox or Windows XP broken in some way??

Adobe has a full Flash installer here:

http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/latest/help/install_flash_player.exe

Macromedia was the original developer of Flash and after it was acquired by Adobe, Adobe continues to operate its site, so that link is legit.

Hi Rob, do you have the same problem if you try downloading in Internet Explorer? To get the plugin for Firefox when you are using IE, you can use the long direct link I posted before, or this page:
