un-ignore thread
I accidentally hit the ”k” key while in Thunderbird, which resulted in a mail thread being put on ignore, but all my efforts in trying to un-ignore it again doesn’t work, since it remains ignored regardless of how many times I use the Ignore Thread option.
The thread icon in the “Display message threads” column remains the same, regardless of me clicking on the “Ignore Thread” again, so it seems to me like I can ignore threads, but not un-ignore them.
So is this a bug, or is there another way to un-ignore a thread and get the ignore icon removed, so the thread will show up in the folder normally, instead of me having to select the View -> Threads -> Ignored Threads option?

Seems there was some corruption somewhere, since after I compacted folders and restarted Thunderbird I could right-click the mail in question and remove both the Ignore Thread and Subthread icons.

Hello KenGuru,
Would you please take a look at this article and scroll down to where it says :
If you've already tried that and I missed it in your OP : sorry .....
Yes, I read that article before posting my question, but it doesn't solve the problem, since the thread stays ignored regardless and the ignore thread icon doesn't disappear, so the thread is still marked as ignored.
