I have always used Firefox. I now have Windows 10 and the other day I went to open Firefox and it wouldn't. I downloaded it but it came up with '7-Zip cannot find the file specified'. Can you help? Thanks.

It is possible that (anti-virus) security software is causing the problem. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.

Try this:

If you keep having problems then boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that works better.
