Since the latest update was installed on my Galaxy S5 I have been having issues with syncing. I keep getting a message in the top status bar stating "Sync is not connected Tap to sign in" When I click to sync I get a message stating "Cannot connect. Tap to sign in" I then get directed to the sync in page however when I sign in I get a message stating "Sign-in confirmed" "Start Browsing" when I click on start browsing I then get a page stating "No internet connection, Try Again" However I am connected to the internet . I then get an email about New sign-in to Firefox giving me the option to Manage account.

This is extremely frustrating as this happens constantly.

Any help or suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Bill

I recomend trying this with a strong wifi signal as you may be bringing across a large amount of data from your other copy of Firefox.

This is not the issue as it doesn't matter if I'm right next to the router or connecting via Verizon with 5 bars.
