The server doesn't send all required intermediate certificates, so Firefox isn't able to build a certificate chain that ends in a builtin root certificate. It will work if you have visited a website server before that did send this intermediate certificate and that Firefox has cached in the Certificate Manager as "Software Security Device".

You will have to install this certificate on your server, so it will be send with the website certificate.
