I logged in as a different user on Windows 10 PC. When I opened FF the browser was different, it didn't have the Webroot Webfiltering Shield icon (however it did have the LastPass icon on it). I used the SYNC tool but it still didn't add that plugin.

Yes! My WEBROOT works on all 3 of my PCs, its just for this one USER ACCOUNT. TY! For your efforts but this is no longer a problem I deleted that USER ACCOUNT yesterday.

This is logged into the same firefox account as well? I wonder if maybe the add on was deprecated and can't be downloaded through sync any longer. Does it still work on your other account?
