This sounds like perhaps your browser cookies are being deleted when you close Firefox.

A cookie is a small piece of data that can be saved on Firefox by websites. In this particular case, a cookie is what would be used to save the necessary information on Firefox so that the website knows that you are logged in.

Go to the Firefox settings page and check a few settings in the Privacy & Security section. First, scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section and check that you don't have the Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed option selected.

Press the Manage Exceptions button and make sure that the websites you are having issues with are not listed on that list. If that are, select the website and press the Remove website button.

Next, in the History section below that, make sure that the drop-down option is not set to Never remember history. If the Use custom settings for history option is selected, make sure that the Always use private browsing mode option is not checked.

If you have the Clear history when Firefox Developer Edition closes option enabled, press the Settings button and make sure that Cookies, Active Logins, Site Preferences and Offline Website Data are all unchecked.

Hope this helps.

Hi Connie!

Is your issue that you have to sign into your Firefox Account every time you open Firefox or are you referring to signing into a different account?
