Firefox sync - account locked
Hey there guys,
For a week now am trying to login to my FF account within Firefox in order to sync data. Now when I enter my email and password I get greeted with a message that my account it locked. "Sorry. We’ve locked your account. The confirmation email we sent to <email here> was returned and we’ve locked your account to protect your Firefox data."
Now read along the web that I need to wait 24h (already had) before I retry or that I need to submit a ticket to mozilla bug platform (that I also had but got no reply yet - for 4 days). Not sure what to do next... Trying my luck with writing a message here as maybe someone will take note of my issue. Before anyone asks, I have access to my email that the account is registered with. Also I can access my account from the desktop browser from Windows where am already logged in, but feel that if I need to maybe reinstall FF, will not be able to login again.
Any help is highly appreciated.
