HI all, I want to have all my sub folders to appear in my new 2021 Archive main folder as I have had in 2020. I went to: account settings> copies and folders> message Archives> Archive options> yearly archived folders> Keep existing folder structure of archived messages (checked off) I don't want to type all my folders again in the new year. How can I replicate the sub folders automatically???

when the keep existing structure is set the folders are created as they are required to house archived mail.

This is not the case with Gmail as your forced to use the all mail folder for all archives because of the non standard structure of the google imap implementation.
