How do I revert to Firefox 88? The changes to the tool bars conflicts with my extremely common visual issues.

I need the previous Firefox tool bar appearance to see what is there. I'm thinking Revert to Firefox 88, or return to the Ff 88 appearance of everything above my site display. Ff 89's lack of tab outlines and type face contrast with the background now make me have to squint and lean far closer to the monitor than with Ff 88. I'm actually thinking of changing browsers to deal with this amazing lack of testing on older eyes before such a major change in visual 'ergonomics'. I'm guessing everyone working on new Ff versions is below middle age, and have zero conception of the visual issues everyone faces with age.

I think realistically the developers and UI designers don't care about you or anyone other than themselves. We are stuck with this horrible design and questionable useability. The suggestion to install another theme will be tossed about, but the theme isn't the issue, it's the design that is the problem and since there isn't a UI design that we can modify the way we can with themes, we are either stuck with this, or we look at replacing FF with something else.

Maybe chrome.
