Latest update and video play in web pages (youtube for example) on android phone and androidtv.

The videos used to play properly until this latest update.

The problem: 1) on android phone the video picture screen defaults to a cropped version and cannot be enlarged to full screen, there are no controls. 2) On androidtv the video defaults to a small picture in the top left hand corner od the video screen. There are no controls visible to enlarge the picture.

Please fix.
