I am contacting regarding Thunderbirds; I already purchased and installed such but had a cyber attack on my system and had to delete all programs as such and where this was previously set up by an IT company I dont want to use again can you advise as to where I can obtain the download where this was purchased already for my account.

TB is a free app, although you might have paid for an account with Mailfence or gandi (if starting from File/New/Get a New Mail Account). If you create a free account with one of the major services like gmail, Yahoo, GMX or outlook.com, or your ISP, it can be added to TB starting from File/New/Existing Mail Account.
