Hi there,

I have two Mozilla accounts that I no longer have the emails for. I do not wish for my data to be indefinitely stored, and cannot verify the security code as I no longer have access to my email as I deleted these emails.

Does Mozilla recycle inactive accounts after some time? I know that the accounts are stored in an encrypted state and thus the email will not be able to be changed my Mozilla.

Thanks.

Hi

Without being able to access those email accounts, it will not be possible to delete those Firefox Accounts.

I am not aware of how long "dormant" accounts stay open, but you may (if you are a citizen if the respective legislative geographies) make a request under the guidance in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/information-eu-eea-swiss-and-california-users
