Error sending
The program often returns the following message when sending and/or forwarding. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: [VO-102] Message blocked due to spam content in the message. How do I fix this?

first, check your outgoing messages. Is there an attachment being inserted by an antivirus program, or similar attachment? You said 'often', so it would help to identify what is different for those that cause the error message. Contacting the email provider may also provide ideas.
