I have tried several of the solutions from Firefox and also searched other solutions online to no avail. I like the Firefox web browser. Can you provide me some other solutions

Make sure that these prefs are default on the about:config page.

There are TLS settings prefs in about:config that specify the minimum and maximum TLS version.

  • security.tls.version.min = 3
  • security.tls.version.max = 4

You can check the connection settings and check for possible issues with a Proxy or VPN service.

  • Settings -> General -> Network: Connection -> Settings

If you do not need to use a Proxy to connect to internet, select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.
