I have not been receiving or sending e-mails since 6/15/24. Please help

Change the incoming port to 995 and the outgoing to port 587 with STARTTLS security.
Thanks for the response...however this did not help. The screen shot attached shows at the bottom left...."Checking mail server capabilities" for 3 or 4 mins. and then disappears with no error message.
Try with Windows running in safe mode to test if a security/AV app is interfering. They are a frequent cause of timeouts.
Hello, I have called my A/V support and they assure me that it is not interfering with receiving or sending my emails.
