Phantom/Invisible folders! Please help
Hi, somehow about 10 subfolders have become invisible and I can't see them. This is a shared email account so other colleagues have access to it and they can view the folders just fine. I'm using Thunderbird 115.12.2 (64-bit) on my PC and they all use Mail on Macs. I am including two screenshots, one is from my Thunderbird account where the file only shows 3 subfolders. The other screenshot colleagues’ Mail account shows about 13 subfolders which is correct. I have rebooted my machine and Thunderbird several times with no luck. Any solutions please?

By the way, I did a test and tried to add a New Subfolder using one of the invisible folder names (WW02 for example) and it does not add it. I'm guessing it's because a folder with that name already exists, even though I can't see it. I tried to add a new subfolder with name Test and it does let me add it and view normally. This leads me to believe the folders are somehow hidden. I've also tried Properties -> Repair Folder with no luck.
I did another test and am able to see the phantom folders via the Gmail browser so I know the folders are still there - just can't see them with Thunderbird.
Also tried Betterbird and the same exact thing happens and can't view the folders using that email client either.

I recommend updating to the latest stable version 128.0.1.
Thanks. I just tried that. Installed it and rebooted. Still no luck. Any other ideas?
Confirm your Folder View is set to All Folders.

If above steps don't resolve it. I would recommend creating a new Thunderbird profile. However, before doing that make sure you back up your current profile.
Here's a guide on how to create a new profile.
