Why don't the junk filters work properly? I add e-mail addresses to Collected Addresses, check off that collected addresses should not go to junk, but e-mails from those address still go to junk. It's a computer program--it's not supposed to act arbitrarily.

I saw the response re: whitelisting: How do I whitelist--I don't see an option for that?

I do NOT want the e-mails (in my Collected Addresses) to go to junk.

you are misunderstanding the explanation. Putting in an addressbook means it will not automatically go to junk. That is not the same as whitelisting.
