For some reason all of my addons and bookmarks are gone. I got the bookmarks back but I can't figure out how to get the addons back. After this happened, I got a window saying it needed to be updated. I was stupid and clicked update. Now I am Firefox 3.6.3 before this update, I was at 3.5.9. I tried to uninstall the update and I can't figure out how to do that. :(

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

This morning

User Agent

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.3) Gecko/20100401 Firefox/3.6.3

Delete the files extensions.* (extensions.rdf, extensions.cache, extensions.ini) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.

See "Corrupt extension files": http://kb.mozillazine.org/Unable_to_install_themes_or_extensions

If you see disabled extensions that are not compatible on the next start in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the "Find Updates" button to do a compatibility check.
