I change my primary email address for my account with an online retailer but when I tried to login using my new email address it would not let me in. I sent a message to their tech support and after repeated attempts I gave up. Then I changed my email address for my ebay account and the same issue even though my email address is not my login name. I tried to login to ebay using IE and no problem. I went back and tried the online retailer site and it also works with IE.
