Some extensions (Add-Ons) (see list below) are not working on OS XP Media with FF3.6.12 and Norton Security Suite C360 but work with FF3.6.12 on OS XP Home and XP Pro using Avast AV. What gives? Thank you, Mac

I run these exact plugins on two other PCs with FF 3.6.12 update installed on 28 Oct 10 with OS - XP Pro and XP Home (Laptop). These PCs have Avast Pro and Avast Free respectfully as the AV software. The PC (OS-XP Media Ed) on which the plugins are not working initially had Norton Corporate AV but when it 'died' I installed the Norton Security Suite C360 (from Comcast) on 30 Oct 10. I did not notice any problems with my plugins until after installing C360. As of this writing, all the plugins are working properly on the other PCs with FF 3.6.12 installed. Plugins such as Adblock Plus, FoxFlag, Java Console and Skype still work. I guess the correct term for these is "Extensions" or "Add-ons".

It seems I was a little anxious on this one. After sending my question, I went to "Add-ons" clicked "Find Updates" to my extensions. FF indicated it didn't find any updates but did indicate "Restart Firefox". I did and low and behold all my extensions worked except "Copy to Wordperfect Lightning" which has never worked anyway. Thank you for your indulgence.
