I add an exception to allow a pop-up but when I close Firefox the exception is deleted.

I have the Block Pop-ups box checked, added an exception to allow a website, clicked Allow, then clicked OK in the Options window. I then went back in to Options to confirm it is still there and it is. I close Firefox then when I restart Firefox, the exception is gone. I don't have this problem on any other computer running Firefox.

Thanks.

Make sure that you do not use Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox to clear the "Site Preferences"

Clearing the "Site Preferences" will clear all exceptions including exceptions for cookies, images, pop-up windows, and software (add-on) installation and password exceptions.
