For the past couple of days I have been unable to open up new tabs. I would like to know why I can't open them and how I can fix the problem. I read somewhere that disabling the ask toolbar helps, but I don't have that toolbar installed, so that obviously can't work for me. Please help!

Your user agent string is "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.15) Gecko/20110303 AskTbCDS2/3.11.3.15590 Firefox/3.6.15 PicMorphSearchToolbar/1.2"

The AskTbCDS2/3.11.3.15590 part shows the Ask toolbar has been installed.

Check the Windows Control panel for the Ask Toolbar - http://about.ask.com/apn/toolbar/docs/default/faq/en/ff/index.html#na4

Also check your list of extensions, you may be able to uninstall it from there - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Uninstalling+add-ons
