In Win7 (Aero on), if using FF4 in windowed mode, the URL pop-up in the bottom right causes the window frame shadows to move with the pop-up as it appears and disappears. Try it, if you hover over a link and the URL pop-up appears, you will see the frame shadows move with it. It's obviously a graphical glitch, but man, you would think someone could have caught it. It is soooo annoying..makes me want to just use Chrome. I'm not using any add-ons either, so no excuses. Also, why is there no option to not show the URL pop-up?

This is a know issue for some people. Are you using the latest graphics drivers or any 3rd party Windows themimg programs?

No 3rd party themes, only using from Win7 components (64-bit Home Prem. btw). Using current WHQL Nvidia driver 266.58 on a GTX 280

I have the same problem. Since updating, every time I click on or even hover over a site, the url pops up in the lower left hand corner. This is at least as annoying as pop up ads to me, maybe worse as it is continually popping up as I go down a list of urls, say Craig's list for sale items.
