I have 4.0 version. Chose 'full screen' from upper left menu and now menu is gone and I want to 'undo' full screen. How do I do this?

I like the persona to be at the top of the screen at all times. On my first 'firefox version 4' day, I saw a menu drop down at the top left of screen and I chose 'full screen' to see what that would do and now I lose the persona at the top of screen unless my cursor is placed at the top of screen. Silly, I guess, but I can't figure out how to remove that 'full screen' option.
