Does Firefox 4 protect you from unsafe sites? I miss the Norton rating feature

The Norton toolbar was removed when I upgraded to the new Firefox 4 and the site safety ratings were also removed when doing a search (some sites were rated unsafe by Norton so you knew to avoid them.) Is there some safety feature built into the new Firefox 4 that will not allow you to enter unsafe sites? If not, I will consider downgrading to the old version of Firefox. Thanks.

Thank you so much! I upgraded to Norton 5.0 and downloaded the hotfix and now the Norton toolbar and site ratings are back! Thanks so much again!
