I was watching Netflix on 4-21-2011 just fine. One 4-22-2011 when I went to watch a movie I could not. An error code for silverlight came on 2103. I followed the direction and uninstalled the program, went back to Netflix. Netflix prompted me to re-install Silverlight. I did. When I clicked on a movie the error code 2103 came on again. I opened Internet explorer. I do not have this problem there and it is working great. How do I get Silverlight to work so that I can watch movies on Netflix?

By the way on the Mozilla toolbar where is the tab for tools? It is not on my Mozilla toolbar. The support at Netflix was going to walk me through to adjust it but since I can not get to tools they can not help me.

Tools should be on the menu bar, just before Help. If your menu bar is missing Tools, and you didn't edit the menu bar yourself, that could indicate some kind of corruption (or a prank by someone with access to your computer?).

Edit: If your menu bar is missing... You can temporarily display the menu bar in Firefox 4 by pressing F10. To display it all the time, right-click after the "+" button and choose Menu Bar.
