I upgraded to firefox 4.0.1 at home on my desktop and at work on my laptop. At home I use windows xp and at work windows 7. I like having my bookmarks on the sidebar to the left of the screen and at home on xp that is not a problem. At work I can find no "view" button nor any other drop down menu that will let me set the sidebar with my bookmarks. I honestly can't find anything about setting any sidebar either. I went to the help section and typed in sidebar and bookmarks and got something about "delicious" something or other which didn't help me at all.

Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily.

Thank you very much. I did the F10 and the menu bar came up to the right of the Firefox button. I was able to reset the bookmarks menu in the sidebar very easily after that. Thanks again for the help.
