I have some web sites that are ssl signed with my certificate authority ( we are using Proxy that intercept the ssl). I have the ca in my root certificates, and Internet explorer and Chrome doesn't warn me. How can I tell firefox to look the Windows root certificate and not to show me the error message?

You need to install the root certificates in Firefox if you haven't done that.

Tools > Options > Advanced : Encryption: Certificates - View Certificates
