I am almost certain it is something with Firefox 5. I use Safari as well as Chrome in an OS 10.6.8 environment and the Playstation website runs perfectly and fast.

1) All my apps and components are up-to-date. 2) I have uninstalled Firefox (Appcleaner) and reinstalled it.

Sometimes the login area above the home page is not there, I have to refresh and then it appears. Recently, the menus on the left of the homepage are NOT clickable or inactive SOMETIMES refreshing works. The animation as well on the home page splash is so jittery and laggy.

I am running Adblock and Adblock Plus in Firefox but is disabled for the Playstation website.

Thanks for any help.

Well it does not help that Sony has chosen to make Playstation.com so Flash heavy.

@James - So is Flash Firefox's Achilles' Heel? It's a bit disappointing if Safari and Chrome could run PS.com without a problem. I was hoping it was a setting I could change or tweak to make everything flawless again. I really don't want to migrate to another browser.... :(
