the http disapears after I hit enter
When I type in the http:// for a web site, the http:// disappears when I hit enter

Firefox 7 hides the http protocol after the page is loaded. Other protocols, such as ftp, https, gopher, etc, do show all the time.
To restore the http prefix:
1. Type about:config in the location bar and press Enter. 2. Use the Filter box to search for trim 3. Double-click or right-click on the browser.urlbar.trimURLs preference to change its value to falseXle ŋuɖoɖo sia le goya me 👍 0
