Can't watch movies on CBS. Says I have an ad blocker, but there is NOT one listed anywhere, no icons, NADA. How do I fix it? I'm a little pissy when I can't watch NCIS.
Checked my Add Ons>Extensions. Nothing there. Tried approving pop ups from the site. NADA. If there's an ad blocker on my browser, it has a danged cloaking device! Why do you people always have to make your product MORE DIFFICULT to use!?!?!?

Can you try clearing cache and cookies and disabling plug-ins?
Cleared all and disabled plug-ins. I was able to watch HALF the show before the message came back.
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Did the Safe Mode when disabled plug-ins. Half of the show and then the message. My AVG is NOT the interference, either.
Can you try uninstalling firefox and installing back?
Uninstall/reinstall didn't work. Still no sign of the ad blocker, either.
ok, i just watched an entire episode on cbs with an adblocker on, and had no problem. ( ad block plus to be exact ).
So have you always had this issue?
Let try a new profile. See Managing Profiles took look on.
I've just decided to give up on CBS. I'll download the episodes.
