Can I update to earlier than the latest (currently 8) version of Firefox? I need that because my test frameword has problems starting Firefox version 8 and there were no such problems up until version 7.

I recently updated from Firefox 7 to Firefox 8. Until version 7 the test framework I use, based on Selenium, was working normally with the browser. Since I updated to version 8 - the framework can't open any browser session. So I had to downgrade to older version to be able to run my tests. But the only older version than 8 was 3.6 - really stable but very, very old one.

So I need to choose to work with any version between 3.6 and 8, excluding 8 for now.

How can this happen from the Firefox site?

Nice try, but this url does not work anymore 10 Dec 2011. Are we ever going to have an answer as to why all versions before V8 were dropped off the map back to 3.6? Is 3.6 secure?
