Why did you "combine" the stop reload buttons? HOW do I get a separate reload button back?

I'm so tired of companies assuming I want something a certain way. My reload button disappears and is only visible when I go to the customize function. Why the hell would I want the stop and reload to be combined?

I can't reload anything when I'm on a page and the "stop" is not highlighted when I'm on a page, but sometimes there are times when I just want to reload the page!

This on top of the constant crashes is making me seriously think I need to look for a new browser!

Set the order to "Reload - Stop" to get a combined "Reload/Stop" button.

Set the order to "Stop - Reload" or separate them otherwise (Space or Separator) to get two distinct buttons.

Right-click on the Navigation toolbar and select Customize option(you can see that the two button separated) then drag-n-drop the Stop button just before Reload button then click on Done button, in customize toolbar window, and now you'll have separate Stop and Reload buttons.

or you can place a space or toolbar separator between the two buttons(you can find it in customize toolbar).

thank you

I've tried BOTH and still nothing works. When I try to customize, I can see the reload button. However, when I try the solutions given to me, and hit done, the button disappears and all I see is the stop. This happened to be before, when I updated and it came back after a few days. But this is annoying to no end and I'm getting sick of these changes that make things harder to use!

You must be in "Customize" to see separated in two the stop-reload button, drag-n-drop among them a space (in customize again) or drag-n-drop one of the two buttons in the left side of the navigator toolbar.

thanks again

I was in "customize". I managed to drag it down to where my Yahoo toolbar is. Thankfully, I can see it now. Apparently, the reload and stop can't share the same toolbar, at least for me. I'm just happy I can see my reload again!

I've done that. I put separators between them, nothing. I've put spaces between them, still nothing. I put the stop to the left of the reload, still nothing. I've moved them a dozen times and the only thing that worked was moving the reload down to where my yahoo toolbar is.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
