For the last week, I have had issues on webpages, where in the browser viewing area itself (the area that actually shows the website), I cannot click on anything in the top inch or inch-and-a-quarter. What is doing this, and how can this be fixed?
This applies to all links and anything in that area unless it falls below, then I can click on it. The only thing that seems to kind of get around it, is on a search bar at the top of a website, I can click and type, but there is not text cursor.
This problem even occurs when I scroll down, the same area of any website is unable to be clicked on, due to this problem.
This does not affected the toolbars, bookmarks, etc.

Recently, the Yahoo Toolbar and the Babylon extension have been reported to cause that problem. They seem to overlap invisibly over the top of the web page display. You have both installed, uninstall or disable them/it, or see if an update is available that solves the problem.
