I keep upgrading Firefox and yet it keeps telling me I haven't got the latest version which is very irritating.

For about 2 months now I keep getting the message that I am running an old version of Firefox. When I then use the free download, the message appears again. Frustrating! Also in the last week the icon slips away from the Dock into the Application file and so if I want to get onto the internet I have to open the Apps file and drag the Firefox icon into the dock. Also frustrating

Firefox 3.6.25 is an older version, although it is still supported by Mozilla. Firefox 9.0.1 is the latest version.

this is way too annoying. i have never been successful in downloading a new version. mozilla used to be for those of us who were not tech savvy. the "solutions" are complicated and time consuming. i have things i need to use a browser for and do not wish to have to do your software engineers job. bye mozilla. i remember when you were the best. i can't beleive i'm saying this, but internet explorer is much less complicated.
