I set up my Firefox in my main desktop with two others laptops, but the synchronization was incomplete, and now a banner saying "Sync encountered and error while syncing:Unknown error. Sync will automatically retry this action", but nothing happen.

Hi Omar,

My recommendation is to reset the account by following the steps explained in this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-manage-my-firefox-sync-account#w_how-do-i-reset-my-sync-data

Let me know if that works.

Hello:

It didn´t work.

I had tried that several times before to send you the request.

More info: the only difference between the two laptops that I have (where the sync between those two work fine), is that the third computer , a desktop, where the sync don´t work, is running W7 in spanish, although Firefox is in English.

The two laptops have the W7 OS in English.

Hola!

If that doesn't work I will ask you to try to log in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to make sure that no add-ons are messing up with Sync.

If that doesn't work please file a bug. It could be as simple as a problem with your connections if the log mentions any error like 503 or 404. You can find good instructions to file a bug in this blogpost: https://philikon.wordpress.com/2011/06/13/how-to-file-a-good-sync-bug/
