I have several tabs open that I switch between, one of them being Facebook, and that is the only one that ever gives me issues. Sometimes when switching between tabs, the Facebook tab pulls itself out of the group, and into it's own new window, and I have to put it back. Nothing is broken really, it's just damned annoying

Make sure that you do not drag a tab in the browser window.
Firefox 3.5 versions and later have a feature called tear-off tabs.
You can detach a tab from the current window and open it in a new window by dragging a tab in the browser window.
You can drag that tab back to the tab bar in the original window to undo that detaching.

I read that on another post. Sometimes I'm not even touching the mouse, and it'll do it by itself. And it seems that the only tab to ever do it is Facebook

Hi SCHEUERMAN2,

try in Safe Mode , to check if the problem appears again.

If the problem does not happen in Safe Mode then see:

Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems

thank you

Well problem with that is I can't recreate the issue at will, it seems semi random, so if I did as you suggest, and it didn't happen, I couldn't be sure that "safe mode" was why it didn't happen, it might show up weeks later
