I downloaded the Auto-feature about a week ago and am having a problem understanding the many "options" that cover so many .apps you can click on. The yellow auto-fill pencil is now on my address bar but I don't know which field to click on to use auto-fill to just fill in '''my email address, my first and last name, mailing address state and zip code '''as I order a lot online. I am not an advanced computer user, maybe someone could point out which field to click? I notice when I hover my left mouse over the pencil icon in the web address bar you have the word Command, Mouse button and Keyboard Shortcuts and then all the fields under command. I am aware that I have to fill out a form to be able to utilize the Auto-fill, but where and how to access the right field for just the simple words that was stated above. Please help.

Hi,

You can also try to access the addon's dedicated FAQ/support page via Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons > Extensions, click on More and Home Page of the addon.

I followed your instructions ( You can also try to access the addon's dedicated FAQ/support page via Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons > Extensions, click on More and Home Page of the addon) bu I still cannot bring up 'the form to fill out to apply the information. Why is so complicated or is it me? I would like to read the FAQ/Support page but I do not see anything to click. Thank you, I so wanted to be able to use the Auto-fill. Jeanette Gonzales

Jeanette, sorry about the problem. Usually auto-fill programs have a lot of options and are slightly complicated in the beginning. I'm not aware of this particular add-on. If any of our users here are using the same add-on they would definitely help. Usually the dedicated support site of the add-on would have more information. The add-on site may also have information regarding conflicts with other add-ons. In the meantime, you can also try to access the Options of this particular add-on via Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons > Extensions to see if you could set the auto fill and other options. You can also try to right-click on the address bar icon or even just hover the mouse over the icon. Please also see this. If you have a lot of Extensions you can also try to Disable other possibly conflicting add-ons to check. You can Enable the disabled ones later.

With mention of the yellow pencil, I suppose you have this extension installed.

This - http://autofillforms.mozdev.org/drupal/content/main-page - is the Help /Usage page for that extension.
