I am currently using FF 14.0.1 and have found my CPU usage to be at least 188,000kb. I have tried to run FF in safe mode and while this does slow down the Memory a little bit it still runs kind of high. Does anyone have any alterantives to fix this? I love FF but am contemplating changing cause when this run at that high level it gets impossible to even run Youtube to watch videos.

Thanks

My Firefox browser does also have heavy memory usage. This is not an exclusive Firefox problem, Chrome also has a big usage of memory. If you can't stand these issues, maybe you may try to switch to the latest updated Firefox 3.6 build
