In trying to connect to NETFLIX I get an error message stating that my request cannot be processed at this time and to click a button to got the the NETFLIX home page - but nothing happens, I can get into Netflix using IE - just not FireFox.

This can be caused by corrupted cookies.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

I did this and it worked! I then closed the browser, reopened it and was able to connect to Netflix! Thanks
