When using Google on Firefox for Mobile, the option to show the Search Tools which has the date range option in it is missing. Is the exclusive to Chrome based browsers?

Google Chrome showing the Google.com in classic mode.

Firefox Showing Google.com in Mobile mode..
Scroll down and click classic and you can see the search tools in left side of the Google.com webpage.

Thanks for responding but that is incorrect. Both screenshots I posted have the Google search set to mobile mode. Classic mode is bascially the desktop version, which places the Search Tools box on the left. In that mode it is difficult to use because of the size.

I experimented more with user agent strings with a desktop PC. The user agent string is strictly what causes Google to show or hide the extra options. As a temporary fix I installed the 'phony' adding for Firefox for Mobile and set it to iPhone.
